ALL RETURN CLAIMS MUST BEMADE 10 DAYS AFTER INVOICE DATE. ANY CLAIMS PAST THE POLICY DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING FEES INCURRED THRU A CARRIER PROVIDER. WE SUGGEST THAT THE CUSTOMER UTILIZE A CARRIER PROVIDER WITH INSURED TRACKING TO GUARANTEE DELIVERY.
KRMA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST SHIPMENTS AND WILL NOT BE
LIABLE UNTIL ITEMS ARE RECEIVED.
ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED DAMAGED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OF DEFECT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOR REFUNDED.
EXCHANGE
ALL EXCHANGE CLAIMS MUST BEMADE 10 DAYS AFTER INVOICE DATE
THE TOTAL FOR THE EXCHANGE MUST BE AT EQUAL OR GREATER TOTAL VALUE. ANY BALANCE WILL NEED TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF THE RETURN MEMO PROCESS. PRIOR TO RELEASING THE ORDER. ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED DAMAGED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OF DEFECT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOR REFUNDED.
